How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat shipping fee of £5.00 applies. All orders are delivered within 5–10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your preferred size and colour, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not currently accept PayPal or Klarna.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us at support@miranda-apparel.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order is dispatched.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping takes 4–8 business days. You can expect your order within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase. We deliver to UK addresses only.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return cost in full.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
