Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping rates for all orders within the United Kingdom:

  • Orders under £50: flat rate of £5.00
  • Orders £50 and above: Free standard shipping

There are no hidden fees, handling charges, or surcharges added during checkout. The total price displayed at checkout is the final amount you will be charged.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT/BST or on weekends and UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Transit Time

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 4–8 business days, Monday to Saturday.

Total Delivery Time

Including processing, the estimated total delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, holidays, weather events, or carrier-related issues.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment at any time on our tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.

Please note: Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking number does not show any updates after 5 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible. We will:

  • Delayed packages: Investigate with the carrier and provide you with an updated delivery estimate.
  • Damaged packages: Arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging when contacting us.
  • Lost packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and the carrier cannot locate it, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
