When You Are Charged

Your payment is authorised and captured at the time you place your order. If an item is unavailable after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. Please keep this email as proof of purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@miranda-apparel.com.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value:

  • Orders under £50: flat rate of £5.00
  • Orders £50 and above: Free standard shipping

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check that your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds available. For persistent issues, please contact your bank or card provider. Miranda Apparel is not responsible for any charges applied by your bank or payment provider in connection with a declined transaction.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details on eligibility and procedures.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, Miranda Apparel reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will receive a full refund and an explanatory email.
